We have obtained a Japanese antique dealer's license and sell used brand-name products whose authenticity has been verified. We will issue a certificate of authenticity in AI using entreprety, but there are some items for which we cannot issue such a certificate depending on the item.（Hermès is available for an additional fee;please inquire）

Shipping & Tracking

We ship both domestic and international orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM (Japan Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day.Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
International shipping is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

We will provide you with real-time tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. You can easily monitor the delivery status using your tracking number. Return
PolicyWe accept returns only for unused and unopened items. In the case of returns due to defective or incorrectly shipped items, the return shipping costs will be borne by our company.
In the case of returns for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order. Cancellations will not be accepted after the product has been shipped.
